Celebrity Bounty Payout

1. Players can only collect one bounty and corresponding Bounty Hunter Point/s per Celebrity.
2. Bounties are paid out at the end of each tournament.
3. Bounty Hunter Points are tallied on the Bounty Hunter Leaderboard within 24 hours.
